Shipping & Delivery

We attempt to ship all items within 2 business days or less.  We not only serve the U.S. but offer shipping on all items possible to our international friends!  We ship via UPS and/or USPS.  Please be sure to include a physical street address when placing the order when choosing UPS as the delivery method preferred.


Free/Discounted Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Carhartt items shipping within the U.S.  For all our international frieinds we offer discounted shipping on CARHARTT items only.  The discount will be scaled based on the size of your order and automatically applied.

• Up to $49.99 - $5
• $50 to $99.99 - $10
• $100 to $149.99 - $15
• $150 to $199.99 - $20
• $200 up - $25


Drop Shipping

In combination with CARHARTT, we do offer drop-shipping direct to your home from Carhartt.  This allows us to better serve you as we have access to all items Carhartt - even those we do not stock in our retail stores.  We use this as a two-fold benefit for our customers.  If it is an item we do not carry in stock and/or is on restock, we can place the order direct with Carhartt to ship straight to you.  Historically we find Carhartt ships these items in 2 to 4 days.  Drop-shipping is available to all our customers located in the 48 states. We add NO additional charges for this service.

Live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Russia... anywhere else in this ever growing world or have an APO/FPO address?  We have that covered for you as well.  We will simply custom order the item for you into our warehouse and then ship direct to you.  This most likely will add 1 to 2 weeks to the shipping process so please keep that in mind when ordering.   We add NO additional charges for this service.


Privacy & Security

This Web site is secured with a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption (the highest level of encryption available).   This allows us to provide a secure environment  that digitally encrypts the information you send to us.

Information collected is used for internal use only.  Montys does not distribute or sell customer information to third parties.

Transactions are processed thru Paypal and/or Authorize.net.  Credit card information is NOT stored on Monty’s site.


Returns & Replacements

You can return or exchange any merchandise, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Returned/exchanged items must not have been worn, product must have original tags & copy of your receipt/invoice must be enclosed (please indicate the reason for the return on your receipt/invoice.)

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise for the original cost of the purchase (shipping charges are NOT refunded).

Exchanges can be made as well.  Postage both ways must be covered by you.

Order Tracking

Order tracking can be done by checking the status of the order on your account.  All items shipping UPS will generate an email that will send you the tracking number for you to follow your order.

Items drop-shipped by Carhartt are shipped via UPS, however a tracking number is not forwarded by Carhartt when shipped.  If you would like this number please CONTACT US.


Custom Ordering

Looking for an item you don't see that is made by one of our manufacturers?  Use the CONTACT US form to let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to locate it for you!  We also use the custom order process for items/sizes we don't stock but can get for you.  For example - wear a size 13 EE boot?  We do not stock the size but will order it for you and ship immediately upon receipt.   Next to the size/color it will have the code (CO) indicating this item is a custom ordered item  We add NO additional charges for this service.

Viewing Orders

Log into your account.  On the left side you will see MY ORDERS - select it.  It will take you to a page that will show your orders.  Here you will be able to select VIEW ORDER on the left side of the order you want to view.  You can view the status of your order here.  Print a copy of it.  Reorder the same items.  Once an item is shipped you can also check the tracking if applicable.  Under Items Ordered there is a Track Your Order link.  This will take you thru steps to the appropriate website to view the tracking on your item.  Please be aware that UPS updates throughout the shipping process but USPS does not necessarily update tracking in a timely fashion.


Updating Account Information

Log into your account.  Here you will be able to add shipping addresses, change your password, view your wish list, update or make changes to newsletter subscriptions.
